Most vehicles are open within 5 to 15 minutes of the technician arriving. Total time is dominated by travel, so we give you a realistic ETA on the phone first.
What we need from you
- Proof the vehicle is yours — registration, insurance card, or matching ID
- Year, make, and model
- Exact location, including garage level or lot section
- Whether a child, pet, or running engine is involved — say this immediately and call 911 as well if anyone is at risk
What we do not do
We do not cut or duplicate keys, and we do not perform home, business, or safe locksmithing. We do not open vehicles for anyone who cannot show ownership. We do offer mobile car key and key fob programming for supported vehicles, which is a separate service.
