We answer the phone ourselves. When you call, you talk to the person who is coming out, and you hear the price before anything is dispatched. If the job isn't something we're equipped to do safely, we say so on the call instead of showing up and charging you anyway.

That discipline is why we stay narrow. Five services — jump starts, tire changes, lockout entry, fuel delivery, and battery replacement assistance — done with the right equipment on light-duty passenger vehicles.

What We Don't Do

No towing. MR RESCUE does not provide towing. We are a mobile roadside assistance company: we come to your vehicle and fix the problem on site. We do not tow, winch, recover, or transport vehicles, and we do not service semi trucks, tractor-trailers, buses, RVs, motorhomes, or motorcycles. If your vehicle needs to be moved to a shop, you will need a licensed towing company.

We are a light-duty passenger vehicle specialist. We do not provide towing, winching, or heavy-duty recovery. We do not cut or duplicate mechanical key blades. We do program transponder keys and key fobs on supported light-duty vehicles — see car key programming. We do not service semi-trucks, tractor-trailers, box trucks, buses, RVs, motorhomes, or motorcycles — including jump starts. If your vehicle is outside what we can safely service, we'll tell you on the call before dispatching.

Key programming
Yes — mobile car key, key fob, transponder, and smart/proximity key programming on supported light-duty vehicles. Compatibility varies by year, make, model, and key system. Programming only starts at $100; key plus programming starts at $200.
Key cutting
No — we do not cut or duplicate mechanical key blades. Programming and cutting are different services.
All keys lost
Only for supported vehicles. All Keys Lost eligibility depends on the vehicle and key system and is quoted per vehicle — check compatibility before assuming eligibility.
Not offered
Towing, winching, heavy-duty recovery, key cutting, key duplication, and service for motorcycles, RVs, motorhomes, or buses. Key and fob programming is offered separately on supported light-duty vehicles.
Memberships
MR RESCUE is not affiliated with AAA or any motor club. Unlike annual membership programs, we charge per service call.
