Flat tire assistance and spare tire installation, roadside.
We swap your flat for a properly inflated, road-legal spare and torque it to spec so you can get to a tire shop safely. You must have a good spare tire with you — we do not carry tires for sale and we do not retrieve or deliver tires.
A highway shoulder is the worst place to fight a scissor jack. We position our marked service vehicle to shield the work area where possible, mount your road-legal spare, and torque every lug nut to your manufacturer's specification so the wheel is genuinely safe to drive on.
Non-damaging vehicle entry when your keys are locked inside. Entry only — we do not make or program keys.
We use non-marring entry tools to safely open a locked passenger vehicle. Valid photo ID and proof of ownership or authorization are required on scene.
We use non-marring professional entry tools and work slowly enough to protect the door skin, glass, and weather seal — the parts that cost real money on a newer or luxury vehicle. Entry only, and we verify ownership on scene so your vehicle stays yours.
Emergency gasoline delivery, up to 10 gallons, when you run out on the road.
We bring gasoline directly to your vehicle in an approved container, up to 10 gallons. The service call and the fuel are billed separately.
We bring gasoline in an approved, sealed container and stay until the engine catches — some vehicles need a moment to re-prime after running completely dry. The service call and the fuel are billed separately at cost, so you are never guessing at the total.
Mobile battery replacement assistance, by appointment only, for a battery that won't hold a charge.
If your battery won't hold a charge, we can install a replacement battery you already have, starting at $100. Battery replacement is scheduled by appointment — if you are stranded right now, call us for a jump start instead.
If your vehicle dies again a few hours after a jump, the battery is finished and another jump is a waste of your time. We replace it where you are — removal, terminal cleaning, secure installation, and a verified connection — so you skip the shop visit entirely.
No towing. MR RESCUE does not provide towing. We are a mobile roadside assistance company: we come to your vehicle and fix the problem on site. We do not tow, winch, recover, or transport vehicles, and we do not service semi trucks, tractor-trailers, buses, RVs, motorhomes, or motorcycles. If your vehicle needs to be moved to a shop, you will need a licensed towing company.
We are a light-duty passenger vehicle specialist. We do not provide towing, winching, or heavy-duty recovery. We do not make, cut, duplicate, or program keys or key fobs, and we do not provide home, safe, or commercial locksmithing. We do not service semi-trucks, tractor-trailers, box trucks, buses, RVs, motorhomes, or motorcycles — including jump starts. If your vehicle is outside what we can safely service, we'll tell you on the call before dispatching.
