Brookhaven is a primarily residential borough where most of our calls come straight from a driveway or the curb outside a home. Because the vehicle is usually stationary and off the roadway, Brookhaven is one of the areas where battery replacement assistance with a customer-supplied battery is most practical.
Areas we cover in Brookhaven: Downtown, North End, South End, East End, West End.
12V jump starts — call for a quote.
We arrive with professional-grade portable jump packs for 12V starting systems, so there are no cables strung across traffic and less risk to your vehicle's electronics. Call or text for a quote.
Roadside spare-tire installation. Call or text for a quote.
We swap your flat for a properly inflated, road-legal spare and torque it to spec so you can get to a tire shop safely. You must have a good spare tire with you — we do not carry tires for sale and we do not retrieve or deliver tires.
Forced vehicle entry when your keys are locked inside. Some newer or luxury vehicles require confirmation before dispatch. Forced entry only — no keys will be made.
We use forced-entry tools to safely open locked passenger vehicles when a working key is inside. Some newer or luxury models need confirmation before dispatch, and valid photo ID plus proof of ownership or authorization are required on scene.
Mobile battery replacement by appointment only. Customer supplies the battery.
If your battery won't hold a charge, we can install a replacement battery you already have. Call or text for a quote. Battery replacement is scheduled by appointment — if you are stranded right now, call us for a jump start instead.
No towing. MR RESCUE does not provide towing. We are a mobile roadside assistance company: we come to your vehicle and fix the problem on site. We do not tow, winch, recover, or transport vehicles, and we do not service semi trucks, tractor-trailers, buses, RVs, motorhomes, or motorcycles. If your vehicle needs to be moved to a shop, you will need a licensed towing company.
We are a light-duty passenger vehicle specialist. We do not provide towing, winching, or heavy-duty recovery. We do not make, cut, duplicate, or program keys or key fobs, and we do not provide home, safe, or commercial locksmithing. We do not service semi-trucks, tractor-trailers, box trucks, buses, RVs, motorhomes, or motorcycles — including jump starts. If your vehicle is outside what we can safely service, we'll tell you on the call before dispatching.
